Refund & Return Policy

At Hangar72, we take great care in packing and shipping every model to ensure it reaches you safely. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit.

  • The item has broken or missing parts upon delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You no longer want the model.

  • You do not like the model, livery, scale, or appearance.

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake.

As our products are collectible models, personal preference or buyer's remorse does not qualify for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Be unused and unassembled.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reporting Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Important: We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video in a well-lit environment, beginning before opening the package and clearly showing all sides of the parcel. This video serves as essential evidence for transit damage claims.

Claims for damaged or missing parts submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, improper storage, or modifications

  • Products returned without their original packaging or missing accessories

Exchanges

If your model is received damaged or defective and replacement stock is available, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

If the item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution, which may include store credit or a refund at our discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
